Kev wanted fudge but prefers Vanilla over chocolate. After hours of searching online, this is the only recipe for vanilla fudge I could find. The recipe was fairly easy which was good as this was the first time I have ever attempted to make fudge.

I haven't posted in a while (as is the case with a few of my other sites) but I have been trying new recipes. One of which is the title of this post.
The Chocolate Cupcakes with Peppermint Frosting recipe was fairly easy. I did make one mistake - I used more peppermint extract than I was supposed to. It was a big mistake and I would advise on using the exact 1/8 of a teaspoon, other wise the frosting is too strong. Aside from that, the cupcakes were incredible!
